Technical Advice for Planning (EH-TAP) is a service for developers, applicants and agents seeking technical and consultee advice on environmental health matters linked to the planning process.

Offering both preliminary and detailed technical advice, our aim is to help planning applicants get it right first time and help find solutions to technical issues.

We provide professional advice and expert knowledge on the potential adverse effects upon health and/or general amenity associated with:

How you can arrange the EH-TAP service

The preliminary EH-TAP is an optional addition to Pre-Application Advice offered by Planning and Sustainable Development at Cornwall Council and will be highlighted at the time of application where this may be of benefit.
